Shanxi Shuita Vinegar Co., Ltd. is located in Qingxu County, the Vinegar Capital of China, the "Hometown of Chinese Mature Vinegar". It is one of the first batch of national key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization determined by eight national ministries and commissions, and is currently the largest domestic Shanxi mature vinegar production enterprise. .
